Retrospective documentary about English psychedelic prog rockers, Yes from 1991. Lots of brilliant classic footage from the early days on here.
There’s loads of great archive footage of the band in their late 60s and early 70s prime on this one and the 1991 interviews have their charm too – Jon Anderson, Chris Squire, Steve Howe, Trevor Rabin, Tony Kaye, Rick Wakeman, Bill Bruford, and Alan White all feature chatting about the band’s history. Overall it’s a comprehensive and enjoyable overview of one of the UK’s most loved bands. Not to everyone’s tastes but if you like Yes, in any part of their long cosmic pop-rock history, you’ll probably like this. At least bits of it.
